Surrey’s Freemasons assembled at Guildford Cathedral accompanied by their families for the Annual Service of thanks giving. This year’s service was held on Sunday 16 September.
The annual service is a chance for Brethren and Companions and their families to get together at the beginning of the Masonic season and a rare occasion when members are encouraged to wear their full dress regalia in public. This makes the service a true celebration, and rich in colour and tradition.
Once again, Crescamus Lodge was well represented at the event which marks the start of the new Masonic season across the Province.
Also in attendance were many invited guests, including many civic dignitaries from across the length and breadth of Surrey, including the Mayor of Croydon.
